With its 600 hectares Mercurey is the biggest
communal appellation in the heart of Burgundy (Meursault: 454 hectares,
Beaune: 449 hectares). |

Mercurey wine comes from the two noble Burgundy
vines : Pinot Noir for the red, and Chardonnay for the white. |
